About The Charity Auction...

The SafePoint Trust was set up in 2006 by Founder Marc Koska, and is a charity that uses information to solve basic healthcare problems. SafePoint focus on injection safety, and aims to educate people to ensure that the 40+ billion medical injections given each year are given safely This way the 1.3 million avoidable deaths (one child dies every 24 seconds) caused by unsafe injections every year can be avoided. All deliveries must be pre-arranged with the Hotel. Please ensure that boxes are labelled with the following information:

• Name and Date of Event, Name of On-site Contact
• Name of Sender and organisation
• Telephone number of Sender
• Number of Boxes in Shipment

SHIP TO: London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square attn Banqueting, Side Entrance on George Yard, W1K 6JP.

DELIVERY & SET-UP ACCESS TIMES: The George's Yard Hotel Entrance (Side Entrance) may only be used between 08.00am and 10.00pm. The Bay Door on George's Yard offering direct Access to the Westminster Ballroom may only be used between 08.00am and 04.00pm Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday from 10.00am until 04.00pm.

All Equipment and Boxes needs to be collected at the End of the Event as the Hotel cannot store it overnight.

Please take in Consideration that the Main Hotel Entrance is used by Hotel Guests when using this Area. The Noise Level must be kept on a low Level, especially during Set-up in the late evening hours.

Package Delivery

Please address packages being sent to the hotel for your upcoming event in this manner to assure prompt delivery to your function room. All packages must enter the hotel through the loading bay at the back of the hotel on George Yard no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled function. Please have packages delivered between 10:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday to ensure a member of staff is present for collection. Thank you!
